Shipping and Delivery
All orders are sent from Sydney, Australia and are packed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment clearance, unless purchased as pre-order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to your registered email address. All items are securely packaged while in transit to your home or office. For items that are made to order, ie not featured in limited edition, shipping could take up to 14 days or longer. Please note all sales products are final and no cancellation for any items will be accepted.

Pre-orders
All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled and are therefore are not eligible for a refund. Some delays may be experienced during production or due to logistics and this is out of our control. Please note when ordering a non ‘pre-order’ item and a ‘pre-order item’, your package will be sent together when all items have arrived.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied or charged by their country. These duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. Bella Jewels is not responsible for these fees. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country’s custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
